Convenient location near shopping area 🛍️ and very helpful staff. Enjoyed a delicious brunch at Anastasia's Restaurant, which is just a short walk away.

I liked the staff the most they were all friendly.

I didn't like the key card kept messing up. Also the channels were slim.

The hotel had a good and perfect position, to nearby fitness center. The staff were amiable and outstandingly accommodating people.

The place was spotless and the staff was really friendly. the room had just been redone and was super tidy, plus it had a comfy sofa. 🌟

The staff was very pleasant, apologetic and accommodating. They made sure to make us feel better about the horrible stay. My rating auto-calculated to 3.8, I would give it a 1...generously.

The room, the filthiness, the HORRIBLE SMOKE SMELL...there was nothing good about the place. There were people knocking on the door in the middle of the night. Poor location, you hear cars and trucks on the highway ALL NIGHT!

The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants, stores, and the naval base. The rooms have been recently renovated and are spotlessly clean, featuring a sofa.

Housekeeping was great, it was very clean when we arrived there. The space inside was just right.

The door seemed like it was halfway open but it was closed so the noise from the highway was even more hearable. If you want to check out a little later there's a fee to pay.

The room was very clean, bed was comfy, customer service was always excellent. Pretty close to the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command and other places.

When I was checking out I asked for the bill and they said I will get it through the website I made the reservation. I checked at home and then I noticed that the price on the reservation and the price charged was not the same.

The room I booked was cleaned by housekeeping and available with a refrigerator, a functioning shower, and soap. The location was absolutely perfect for traveling around Waukegan, very close to industrial shops, and shopping areas.

They gave us bunk beds additional to normal bed. Felt like they really didn't care for what room we paid, not sure if I like it or not. Everything was pretty clean, could've been cleaner. Nice parking.

The bed was squeaking, and you could hear every single noise from outside and other rooms.

Loved the staff and location and the bunk beds.

Forgot my eyeglasses in the room. First I could get anyone to go search for them now I can't get anyone to mail them to me. Gave a credit card for the postage and sent a thank you to the corporate office. Been a month and still no eyeglasses.

Without any notice, the water was shut off from 9am to 5pm due to 'plumbing work' during my stay. I could have been informed of this when I checked in but I was not....
